OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 Released for OnePlus Nord 2T in India

OnePlus company has released a new update for OnePlus Nord 2T users in India which is OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1. It is based on Android 14 so you will many new features and improvements on your phone. However, this beta update will also bring some issues so you should consider before installing it on your primary phone.

The important thing notice is that this is not a stable OxygenOS 14 but it is near to that as many devices like the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10R, OnePlus 10T, OnePlus 9/9 Pro have received the beta updates for Android 14.

Currently, this OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 for the OnePlus Nord 2T is only available to users in India. We have no information about other regions when the company will be releasing the beta updates.

Known Issues in OnePlus Nord 2T OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1

How to Update

Before updating, you have to make sure that your device is running the latest OxygenOS 13.0 version. Check that your phone’s battery is above 30% and that there’s a minimum of 4 GB of storage space available. Note that carrier versions (TMO/Verizon) are incompatible with these Beta builds.

Application Process

To apply for the Beta:

  1. The application window is open from October 30 until the limit of 5000 users is reached.
  2. Ensure your device runs version CPH2401_11.C.29.
  3. Go to Settings > About device > Tap ‘Up to date’ > Tap the icon in the top right > Select ‘Beta program’ and follow the instructions shown further.

Applications will be reviewed within 5 workdays after closing, and successful applicants will receive the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta within the following 3 workdays.

Roll Back from Android 14 to Android 13 for OnePlus Nord 2T

If you need to go back to Android 13, be mindful that the rollback process will erase all contents of the phone. Ensure you back up your data first. The rollback package for OnePlus Nord 2T to revert to Android 13 is available through specified links.
