OnePlus has recently released a new update for its System Launcher based on OxygenOS 14 (Android 14). If we talk about the updated version, then the updated version of the System Launcher is identified as 14.0.223. After installing this latest update of the System Launcher on your phone, you will feel that the animation is way more smoother. Before we move on to the steps to update the System Launcher, let’s discuss what are the few changes that we might get after updating the launcher.
Note: If your phone is running on OxygenOS 14 or Android 14, then you can update your System Launcher to this version. Don’t try this APK file on OnePlus devices running OxygenOS 13/13.1 or below. If you want to try even after that, then do try at your own risk. We are not responsible.
Changes and Add-ons after you update your System Launcher
The first add-on that you will see after updating the launcher is when you unlock your device, you will notice the zoom-out effect on the icons. The second change, that you will notice after the update is the transparent background in the App Drawer. The third change that you will notice after the update is the alphabet pill in the App Drawer now has a Black background color with the alphabet color in White. How to Update the OnePlus Launcher?
- So, to update your system launcher, first, you have to download the latest APK file of the OnePlus System Launcher from the link given below:

- After downloading the APK file, you have to tap on Update.
- Later on, you have to Open Settings > Apps > App Management.
- In the App Management, you have to click on three dots, present on the top right, and tap on Show System Apps.
- After that, you have to search for System Launcher then, you have to tap on Storage, and later on, tap on Clear Data.
