OnePlus has finally released the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 exclusively for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro users in India. You will get to experience the new features and enhancements that OxygenOS 14 brings, and the update is based on Android 14. Remember, this is the initial open beta version, so some features might be added in later updates.

Pre-requisites for Upgrading

Ensure your device is updated to OxygenOS 13.1, with at least 30% battery and 4 GB of free storage. Note that TMO/Verizon carrier versions aren’t compatible with the Open Beta builds.

How to Apply for OxygenOS 14 Open Beta

  • Application Period: November 15 until the quota of 5000 users is reached.
  • Eligibility: Confirm your phone is updated to the required OxygenOS 13.1 version.
  • Application Process: Go to Settings > About device > Update > Beta program and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Version Reception: Applications will be reviewed within 5 workdays, and the update will be rolled out within the next 3 workdays to approved users.
