Nothing finally confirmed the launch of its new products under its sub-brand CMF By Nothing on July 8. These products are CMF Phone 1 (first smartphone from CMF By Nothing), CMF Buds Pro 2 (TWS earbuds), and CMF Watch Pro 2 (smartwatch).
If looking at the teaser of the CMF Phone 1, it shows a lock and screw, which hints towards a replaceable back cover. According to recent rumors, it said that the new smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset which was recently launched. This chipset will be similar to the Snapdragon 778G+ if compared with its performance.
Rumors indicate that the phone will have a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, dual-camera system on the back with a 50MP primary sensor, 16MP front-facing camera, 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It might also support memory expansion via a microSD card and will include a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
Details about the CMF Buds Pro 2 and the Watch Pro 2 remain still unknown, but the teaser suggests that the watch will feature a Smart Dial similar to the one seen on the CMF Neckband Pro. The round dial was the only feature revealed in the watch’s teaser.
More information is expected in the coming weeks, with the launch event scheduled for 10 AM BST (2:30 PM IST) on July 8.
