OnePlus, a Chinese Smartphone Manufacturing Company has started rolling out a new August 2023 Security Patch Update for OnePlus 11 Global Users in September. This update is based on OxygenOS 13.1.
If we talk about the build number. So, the build number of the update is identified as OxygenOS 13.1 CPH2449_13.1.0.591 (EX01). Later on, let’s move on to the update size. So, the update package size is around 147.44 MB. Also, the changelog of this update is listed below:

How to Update?
To update your OnePlus 11, you have to open Settings > About Device > Click on OxygenOS Box. There you will see the new update. Firstly, Download the Update by clicking the Download Button. Then, tap on Install.
