Google the tech giant company only offers earbud replacements but from now you can buy a new Google Pixel Buds Pro in the US if you lost the original case. Before this, users had to visit eBay if they lost their buds case.
But from now onwards, you can buy a Google Pixel Buds Pro case for $70 in the US from the Google Store. This requires a self-service form. You can select the exact color along with giving you the replacement reason could be i.e. lost/damaged/missing.
Note: For now, this is only available for US users. But if you are from any other region then, you can submit a replacement from the Help Center.
For the Pixel Buds A-Series, Google is only offering a single left or right earbud, along with ear tip replacements. As listed below, for the Google Pixel Buds Pro, you will see the charging case. Then you will proceed to shipping and payment. This is a good step taken by Google for those who have misplaced or damaged earbud cases.
