We are living in the world of AI ChatGPT, Microsoft Bing AI, and Google’s Bard AI have been in the limelight for a long time. Their respective owners are also upgrading their AI chatbots will new capabilities. The same goes for Google as well, they are also adding new features to Bard AI in order to improve its overall performance and reliability.
You can now ask YouTube-related stuff to Bard AI
Google recently announced a significant upgrade to its AI chatbot, Bard AI, in an official blog post. This sophisticated chatbot can now provide answers to questions directly related to YouTube videos. Previously, Bard AI could manage and analyze YouTube videos with the help of an extension. However, with this latest update, the chatbot goes a step further by providing specific answers that are directly related to the content of a video.
Google says, “For example, if you’re looking for videos on how to make olive oil cake, you can now also ask how many eggs the recipe in the first video requires.”
This is fantastic because it allows you to interact deeply with YouTube videos, which was previously impossible with the YouTube Extension for Bard. Instead of asking the Google Bard AI chatbot to find a travel video, you can now ask Bard where the location is.
Users can now ask Google’s Bard AI questions about the video they’re watching, resulting in an interactive conversation as the video plays. Users can continue the conversation with follow-up questions after the summarizer provides a brief overview using generative AI. Even though it is still in testing, this feature is available to all users.
