Last week, Nothing company announced the Nothing OS 2.5 closed beta program for Nothing Phone (1) users. In this closed beta test (CBT) program 40 community members are going to be selected through the Nothing Discord server. This beta update will be based on Android 14 and it will be incremental.
Natalie, who is a community assistant at Nothing has announced that selected users of the Nothing OS 2.5 CBT program have been contacted by email. Now, these Nothing Phone (1) users will be given a guide on how to install the beta update on their devices.
This beta test is a chance for chosen users to experience the new features and improvements in Nothing OS 2.5 on Phone (1) before its public release. As of now, Nothing Phone (2) users have already received the Nothing OS 2.5 Open Beta 2. We can see that the company is getting closer to releasing the stable version update very soon.
