Samsung is giving Galaxy S23 users in Korea a taste of One UI 6.0 with its seventh beta update. This new version, identified with the unique build number ZWJC, differs from its predecessors.
Many speculate that this could be the final beta update before Samsung releases the stable version of One UI 6.0 to a broader audience.
New Features and Fixes in One UI 6.0 Beta 7 for Galaxy S23
Samsung aims to elevate user experience with this new update. Beta 7 addresses various issues:
- It fixes the occasional absence of the quick panel on the home screen.
- Screen flickering during rotation has been resolved.
- The encryption call algorithm has been enhanced both horizontally and vertically.
- Issues with the volume key not being recognized while the proximity sensor is active have been addressed.

Apps like JB Woori Capital, SOL Notification, Shinhan China SOL, Good Pay, Keukeu Sangsangin Plus Digital Bank, and Sejong Women’s Exhibition currently face compatibility issues.
Samsung is likely working on these issues and users can expect refinements in the stable release. Galaxy S23 owners are advised to be cautious while using these apps until the stable One UI 6.0 version is out.
