Nothing Unveils Its First Exclusive Service Center in India, Promises 2-Hour Priority Service

Tech enthusiasts who owns an Nothing Phone (1) and (2) have reason to celebrate as Nothing has opened its first exclusive service center in India, after announcing its plans earlier in June. Its located above GKB Opticals at 100 feet Indiranagar, Bengaluru the exclusive center promises a host of customer-centric benefits.

While the company initially announced the opening for August which led to a delay in the launch. Carl Pei who is the Nothing CEO, has already spread the company’s name across India with 300 third-party service centers. But the new exclusive center in Bengaluru aims to offer a unique experience.

Upon entering the center, customers will be greeted with an arcade cabinet and some of the country’s finest premium coffee. This fresh approach aims to provide a blend of tech and lifestyle to its visitors.

However, what truly stands out is the commitment from Nothing to deliver priority service resolutions within just two hours. Understanding the essence of time and the need for a smartphone in today’s digital age, Nothing promises to offer a standby phone in case of service delays, ensuring minimal disruptions in their customers’ daily lives.

Beyond regular services, the center will turn into a hub of activity every second Saturday and Sunday. These bi-monthly service camps will not only provide special offers but will also give tech enthusiasts a chance to lay their hands on the latest Nothing products. Tech workshops with the community members and new product demonstrations are on the cards as well.

For those who have recently bought a Nothing product and are facing issues, there’s good news. The center promises product replacements within a week of purchase.

Manu Sharma, the VP and GM of Nothing India in an interview with India Express, shed light on the company’s ambitious plans. Nothing aims to establish 20 exclusive centers by 2024 and scale up to 35 by 2025, marking its dedication to enhancing customer experience in India.
