Nothing Releases First Drop of Its Apparel

A few days ago, Nothing announced that they were going to launch their unique apparel on December 7. Today they released the first drop of the Nothing Apparel which is available at nothing.tech and in the Nothing Store Soho.

Nothing Apparel First Drop

Nothing apparel is a uniform for designers, engineers, creators, or anybody who wants to make something new happen. It is conceptualized by people at teenage engineering with the main focus to provide quality-driven wardrobe staples designed to stand time with practicality and be worn with pride. According to Nothing, this is the workwear we still want to wear when the work is done.

Drop 1 of Nothing Apparel honors their founding design principle – transparency, to which they have taken inspiration from their product hardware and classic factory wear and released the Transparent Labcoat and Cap.

The Nothing Cap is a transparent Cap made with 100% biodegradable plant-based packaging with an adjustable fit with a webbing strap and adjuster at the back. It has a five-panel design with a reinforced front panel and ventilation metal eyelets at the sides. It also has Nothing Logo print and an inside sweatband for better sweat adsorption. The cap is currently available in one size and only in white color. Nothing Cap is priced at £35.

The Transparent Labcoat is a lab coat of regular fit and thigh length with multiple pockets and zip closures. According to Nothing, it is an ode to the 1970s IBM factory floor and embodies Nothing’s founding design principles. It is also made with 100% biodegradable plant-based packaging and is GRS (Global Recycle Standard ) certified.

The coat has a back bottom hem vent for mobility and a right chest pocket with multiple compartments and zip closure. The inside waist is adjustable with a drawstring, and the coat also has a hanger loop at the back neck. The coat uses high-quality YKK Natulon zippers made from recycled materials. Transparent Labcoat is available in 4 sizes – Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large with white as the only color option. The Labcoat is priced at £160.

This was the first drop of Nothing Apparel, and more drops are expected to come in the coming weeks. Currently, the transparent labcoat and cap are only available in a few countries through nothing.tech and might be later released to other regions of the world as well.
