Compass widget can be added in Lockscreen with Nothing Widgets 1.2.3 update

Three days back, Nothing company released a major update for its second smartphone which is Nothing Phone (2). The update is open beta basically we can say it’s nearly stable. It’s called Nothing OS 2.5 which is based on Android 14 and it brings lots of new features within itself. Along with this, the company secretly added an app called Nothing Widgets to control the particular widget behavior separately and give updates as well.

The Nothing Widgets app recently got an update on Phone (2) on the Play Store. Now compass widget can be added to the lockscreen. This widget was first introduced in the Nothing OS 2.0.3 update.

Previously, the widget was only 2×2 in size but now you also get another 1×1 in size with a small look. The design for the 1×1 compass widget is a little bit different than the existing one. Obviously, it’s small but the direction labels have been removed from it. Now it has only an Arrow and red dot which points towards the North direction.

Apart from this change, the photo widget got optimized than before. All these changes were mentioned in the app page of the Nothing Widgets app on the Google Play Store.

You can identify this app by app version 1.2.3 and the update size was 2.81 MB.
