Ahead of its expected launch next week, the pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has been revealed, offering consumers a glimpse at what they might need to invest in Samsung’s latest iteration of the Fan Edition series.
According to renowned leaker OnLeaks, the Galaxy S24 FE will start at USD 649 (approximately Rs. 54,180) for the 128GB model. This price is a USD 50 increase from its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 FE. The 256GB version of the Galaxy S24 FE is expected to be priced at USD 709 (approximately Rs. 59,185).
The Galaxy S24 FE is anticipated to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness up to 1900 nits. The device is said to boast sleek 1.9mm bezels, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, and will be powered by the new Exynos 2400e SoC. Alongside these features, the phone will also have a triple camera setup including a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom.
The phone’s additional specifications include an 8GB RAM, options of 128GB or 256GB storage, Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI 6.1.1, dual SIM capability, and an IP68 water resistance rating. Audio features are set to include USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos support. Security features will include an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity options on the Galaxy S24 FE are expected to include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. The phone will also support 25W wired fast charging, wireless charging, and wireless power share. The battery size is slightly increased to 4,565mAh, promising a little more longevity than its predecessors.
