OPPO has started rolling out the ColorOS 13.1 update for its OPPO Find X5 Pro Users. This update includes the August Security Patch Update.
If we talk about this update. So, this is an incremental update for the users of the OPPO Find X5 Pro. The update is identified as CPH2305_13.1.0.591 (EX01) which is based on ColorOS 13.1 and has a size of 839.16 MB. The changelog of the update is listed below:

- Integrates the August 2023 Android security patch to enhance system security.
- Fixes an issue where the dial pad might not be accessible during phone calls.
The update also includes system stability and security. Rather than August Security Patch and system stability and performance. Along with these changes, this update also fixed the dial pad issue in which the dial pad might not be accessible during phone calls. But don’t expect UI changes as the update size is only 839.16 MB.
How to Update?
To install this update on your OPPO Find X5 Pro, follow these simple steps:
- When you receive the CPH2305_13.1.0.591 (EX01) update notification, tap on it to download the new software.
- Once the download is complete, tap on “Install Now” to begin the installation process.
- Your device will now restart and begin installing the update. During this process, your device may restart multiple times.
- Once the installation process is complete, your device will restart again, and the new software will be ready to use.
Note: You have to make sure that your device is sufficiently charged i.e. 50% and storage before installing the update.
