Previously, OnePlus hinted at the brightest display in the smartphone they are going to launch through the poster images. It’s confirmed that the company is going to bring 3000 nits display with the upcoming device we assume it is “OnePlus 12.” But there is no official confirmation regarding this.
There is also confirmation with the company that they are collaborating with BOE which designed by the name “New Dawn.” Now we have some OnePlus 12 first look which will have a BOE’s Oriental Screen.

These are the images we found till now for the OnePlus 12 for globally and in China it will called as OnePlus Ace3. As of now, these seems like a prototype if we closely look at the images.
The company is bringing Oriental Screen for the first time in OnePlus smartphones and its first generation display “Display P1.” It has high-precision pixel-level calibration algorithms. This type of combination provides amazing results in better picture quality, higher brightness and it will consume less power.
The company also received the DisplayMate A+ certification for the Oriental Screen. It will be China’s first 2K screen with this achievement and it also breaks 18 records in DisplayMate A+.

The Oritental Screen brings LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology to the new limits. The collaboration between OnePlus and BOE has brought the world’s first LTPO hardware circuit design through Display P1. This type of innovation will give you the better performance and also provide smooth screen experience.
OnePlus 12 Rumored Specs
The OnePlus 12 is expected to offer notable upgrades over its predecessor, the OnePlus 11. It’s rumored to support 50W wireless charging, boast USB 3.2 support for its USB-C port, include an IR blaster, and feature high-quality periscope zoom lens with 3x optical zoom and a 64 MP sensor. These improvement suggest the OnePlus 12 could be one of the brand’s most advanced phones yet, potentially leading to a higher price tag.
In terms of its core specs, tipster Digital Chat Station suggests the OnePlus 12 will house Qualcomm’s forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Users might see options with up to 24GB of RAM,minimum of 256GB UFS 4.0 storage, and 5,400 mAh battery compatible with 100W wired charging. The device could also feature a 6.82-inch 120 Hz QHD+ display and come equipped with Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.
