Nothing is preparing to expand its ‘A’ series with a new smartphone, which will be the Nothing Phone (4a).
According to tipster Paras Guglani and his tech site Passionategeekz, the Phone (4a) has been spotted on the IMEI database with the model number A069. This follows Nothing’s usual naming pattern, where each “A” series phone gets a new sequence number.
This is the first time the Phone (4a) has surfaced online. While no official details are available yet, reports suggest that Nothing may launch the device around March 2026. The company could also introduce a Phone (4a) Pro variant alongside it.
The biggest highlight could be the software. The Phone (4a) might debut with Nothing OS 4.0 based on Android 16, making it the first device to ship with the new software.
