The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition, a special glow-in-the-dark version created with fan input, sold out within just 15 minutes during its first and only online sale.

With only 1,000 units available exclusively to pre-registered customers, demand far outpaced supply as over 19,000 fans from 48 countries registered for the sale on Nothing’s official website, leaving thousands without the chance to buy.

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition features a 6.7-inch FHD+ flexible OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+ certification.

Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro processor, the device includes 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP Samsung GN9 main sensor with a 1/1.57″ sensor, f/1.88 aperture, and OIS, plus a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera with a 114° field of view, capable of 4K video at up to 30fps. The front camera is also a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 4K recording at 30fps.

Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers, and a 5000mAh battery with 50W wired charging. The phone, measuring 161.74 x 76.32 x 8.55mm and weighing 190g, also has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
