Nothing has released its latest Nothing OS 2.6 November update for the CMF Phone 1 and the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, bringing a range of improvements and bug fixes to both devices. The update began rolling out yesterday evening, and while it’s unclear if the over-the-air (OTA) updates were simultaneous, both phones received the update on the same day. This release focuses on enhancing security, fixing bugs, and improving overall system performance.

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus received the update under the build number PacmanPro-U2.6-241125-2243-IND. This update is slightly larger, with a size of 48.71 MB, and brings a mix of enhancements. It improves compatibility with certain carrier networks, optimizes the wide-angle camera effect for better photography, and increases the smoothness of scrolling on YouTube for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

Soon, both devices will receive the Nothing OS 3.0 Beta updates alongside the Nothing Phone (1). As for the stable Nothing OS 3.0 update, it is expected to roll out in February after thorough testing by users and incorporating their feedback.
