Nothing launched its second smartphone “Nothing Phone (2)” on the market in July 2023. Since then, it has been receiving many updates and new features. This smartphone comes with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 which supports 90 FPS gaming without any problem. However, due to some issues, BGMI Players are not getting 90 FPS support on their Phone (2).
Many users of Nothing Phone (2) have requested the company to bring 90 FPS support to BGMI. Finally, the Nothing team has replied about this issue in their recent video, “Nothing Community Update|Q3 2023.”
Another one was raised around FPS limitations for some of you mobile gamers. Now my understanding coming out of the meeting is that this isn’t to do with Nothing this is more to do with the game developers themselves. And rest assured again discussions are ongoing with these different developers to allow them to enhance FPS levels for you in the near future.

Nothing team member replied about this issue; he said that it’s not on the Nothing company to bring 90 FPS for BGMI on Phone (2). The game developer has to give support for 90 FPS in Nothing Phone (2). For explanation, the BGMI game developer is KRAFTON who has to work on this, not the Nothing. Still, the company is trying its best to tell these developers.
Apart from BGMI, other games such as Call of Duty Mobile, New State Mobile, and more support 90 FPS without any problem on the Phone (2).
