As we had previously covered about the JioPhone Prima 4G price and specs now we have details about its operating system (OS) and availability.
Earlier, Reliance Jio company revealed their JioPhone Prima 4G for normal users. Now they have finally launched it with KaiOS and VoLTE features inside this phone. With KaiOS, users can access all of the popular apps like WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, and Facebook. The device also has other features like VoLTE, JioChat, video calling, and JioPay UPI.
The company also posted on X (formerly Twitter) about its colour variants with an impressive Hindi line “Laddoo wala Peela, Ink wala Neela. Now available.” It means that the JioPhone Prima 4G will come in two colours – Yellow and Blue.
The JioPhone Prima 4G comes with 2.4-inch TFT LCD with 320×240 px resolution and a VGA front camera. The back comes with another VGA camera that can record up to 720p video.
The phone supports a 4G connection, as the name suggests. It also comes with 3.5mm audio jack and supports FM Radio along with 4GB storage and 512MB RAM. The storage can be expanded with a microSD slot up to 128GB. Its battery capacity is 1800 mAh, which can last a bunch of days. The phone also supports 23 different Indian languages, so there is no problem with different local users.
The JioPhone Prima 4G is a good option for people who don’t know how to use a smartphone. The price of the JioPhone Prima 4G is Rs 2,599 and it is available on Amazon, JioMart, and Reliance Digital.
