The chip has different core arrangements including a single Cortex-X4 core peaking at 3.30 GHz, five Cortex-A720 cores, and two Cortex-A520 cores.
Another key feature of the iQOO 12 series is its charging capabilities. Both models in the series will be equipped with vivo’s cutting-edge 120W FlashCharge technology. The iQOO 12 is rumored to have 5,000 mAh battery, whereas the Pro variant might feature slightly larger 5,100 mAh battery.
The camera setup on these smartphones is equally noteworthy. The main camera is a 50 MP OmniVision OV50H sensor, supported by a 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide lens and 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor capable of 3x zoom. This camera array mirrors the high-quality setup found in the OnePlus Open, promising exceptional photo and video quality.
Enhancing the user experience, especially for gamers, both phones in the iQOO 12 series are set to include a vivo-developed Q1 gaming chip. This chip is specifically designed to optimize performance for the phones’ 144 Hz displays which ensures smooth, lag-free gameplay and crisp visuals.
