Samsung has started the release of its One UI 6 based on Android 14 update to all Galaxy devices. In the One UI 6 update, you will see a new font named One UI Sans. This font is set by default, but it can be easily switched to the old Samsung fonts.
The company made the One UI Sans as default with the new update. But Galaxy users change the font by going into Galaxy Settings > Display section > Font size and style submenu, and then you can revert back to an old font with the Font Style options.
In font styles options, tap on the Roboto font to get the One UI 5.1 typeface. If you want the One UI 6 font again just tap on the Default which gives the new One UI Sans.
